Our Philosophy: Using Software Should Be Easier

We believe that most software is way more complicated to operate than it should be. Many software vendors expect you to fiddle with drivers, regularly check for updates, make back-ups and commit to draconian end-user license agreements. Why can’t it be as easy as operating a TV or driving a car?

In many companies users are sophisticated enough, and technology has become usable enough, that the company could easily do away with the IT department. If an IT department is still needed it is often because of custom applications that need to be installed on a computer locally. This is the class of software SuperSaaS aims to put online, our online appointment scheduling system is just the first in a line of applications.

We aim to offer features most people need, and we deliberately do not offer specialized features that few people need. This commoditization reduces implementation cost and allows us to achieve scale, which in turn allows us to offer a better price. We call it the Supermarket model for Software as a Service, or SuperSaaS for short.

By using software over the internet you are free of all the hassles that get in the way of getting your job done. Think of your software as the plumbing: You just need it working and you don't care about the technology.

All our software passes stringent usability tests and runs right from any regular internet browser. So you're not locked in to any particular operating system. With SuperSaaS we want to give you more choice to decide which software works best for you or your business.
